These general business conditions determine the rights and obligations of website users (hereinafter: users) when using online services and digital content, and regulate the relationship between users on big-rock.net.

These general terms and conditions can be changed or supplemented at any time, so the user suggests that before each use of the online service they familiarize themselves with their content and if they are printed or saved on a suitable permanent data carrier. Users are bound by those general terms and conditions that apply at the time of using online services. Every time the user submits comments, uploads photos, or enters a climb, the user is warned of the applicable general business terms and conditions and by using harmful services confirms his familiarity with and agreement with their content.

BIG ROCK USES THIRD PARTY MAP SERVICES (eg OPENSTREET). BY USING THE MAP, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE MAP SUPPLIER.

These conditions were written in Slovenian. If the translated version of the terms conflicts with the Slovenian version, the Slovenian version will prevail and you agree that in the event of disputes, only the Slovenian version is valid. The same applies to page content translated into other languages. The default and official language of the website is Slovenian. If the website is used in other languages, you agree to be aware that the translations may not be complete and may be incorrect.

Cancellation

If you have opened an account with big-rock, you can delete it at any time by accessing the computer page via big-rock.net.

You agree that in certain serious circumstances and without prior notice, we may immediately terminate your account and/or access to the Site. Justifiable reasons for such termination include, but are not limited to

  • your request (for account deletion initiated by you),

  • unexpected technical or security problems,
  • a longer period of inactivity,
  • payment of any fees, if any, owed by you in connection with your use of the Website,
  • falsifying achievements (e.g. recording false climbs),
  • contributing disturbing data about the climbing area / climbing direction, via ferrata,
  • creating an account for non-community activities, including advertising and/or successful posts,
  • creating an inactive account and/or
  • violation of the code of conduct in any infringing manner or in any infringing form.

Termination of your account may include

  • removal of access to all services on the website,
  • deleting your data, files and content associated with your account, and
  • termination of further use of the website.

You further agree that all terminations will be solely determined for legitimate reasons and that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your computer or access to the Site. If you are a user, with respect to all user content covered by intellectual property rights ("User Intellectual Content") (1), you expressly grant to the BigRock Service the following right and permission: you grant us a non-exclusive, freely transferable license, a royalty-free, worldwide license to perpetually use any User Intellectual Content you post on or in connection with the Site for commercial and non-commercial use, including permission to use User Intellectual Content for a worldwide license under the Creative Commons - Attribution license NonCommercial ShareAlike (CC-NCSA) ("IP License"); and (2) you are responsible that you are the owner or the beneficial owner of the license holder of the User Intellectual Content and that you do not grant licenses to third parties that would exclude or affect the license that you grant to us under clause (1) of this paragraph. In case of violation of these obligations, you are responsible for the damage caused and release us from any claims of third parties.
